Submission Procedure

  1. Select your slides or negatives.
    We are able to scan:- Colour Transparencies – 35mm to 6 x 9 cms
    Please note: we do accept kodachrome
    Colour Negatives - 35mm to 6 x 9 cms
    We are unable to scan:- b/w negatives or transparencies.
  2. Please submit images that are sharp & well-exposed. We can make Adjustments as necessary but the better the original the better the end result. Lighter transparencies scan better than darker ones so if you have a choice please submit the lighter version.
  3. 35mm slides & negatives must be mounted – plastic or card mounts are fine. Please do not submit negatives or slides in a strip.
  4. All medium format transparencies & negatives must be unmounted. Please provide them in plastic wallets or individual plastic sleeves. Please submit them as individual images & not as a strip. All medium format material has to be scanned individually.
  5. Package material very carefully using an envelope stiffener or piece of card. Escanning.co.uk will take great care of your material but we can’t guarantee the post office will! We recommend special delivery.
  6. Enclose a cheque for £1:00 per 35mm and £2.00 for all other formats you require scanning made payable to Matthew Peter Green.
  7. If you are submitting more than 50 images for scanning return postage is free.
